Privacy policy
How Tapilot LLC handles KVWang account, customer, calling, payment and website information.
Website demonstration and enquiries
The simulated demo does not request microphone access or record conversations. Optional website analytics are off until you allow them using the controls in the footer. The invitation form submits information only when you select the submit control. Demo contact edits, notes and call history stay in the current page and reset when you reload.
When you submit an invitation request, Tapilot LLC stores your email address, company or team, optional caller location, calling needs, and request status. A private receipt lets you check the status without exposing your submitted details. The receipt is stored in this browser tab’s session storage; keep a copy if you want to check later. We use enquiries to respond and discuss the requested product access. You can ask us to stop contacting you or delete your enquiry by emailing support@tapilot.dev.
If you email us instead, your email provider handles that message under its own policies. Website and application infrastructure providers may process technical access logs to deliver and protect the service. No payment details, identity documents, or customer lists are required for an invitation request.
Google sign-in and workspace creation
Where available, Google verifies the identity you choose and provides an identity token. We verify that token and store its stable Google account identifier, email and display name for your workspace account. When you agree to the terms and sign in with Google for the first time, we can create your account and team workspace without an extra password. Linking an older password account requires that account’s password and your confirmation. We do not automatically merge accounts based on matching email addresses. Google sign-in does not approve your team, assign a number, or enable calls. Existing password accounts can continue using their passwords. Contact support for account closure or Google linking assistance.
The sign-in page loads Google Identity Services only when Google sign-in is configured. Google handles its sign-in service under its own privacy terms. Never send a Google password to KVWang.
Scope and operator
This policy applies to the KVWang website and real team workspace, including paid subscriptions and extra calling credit, operated by Tapilot LLC. The public demonstration is simulated; workspace accounts, customer records and calls use the real service described below. Updated 16 October 2026.
Workspace information and use
We process account and team details, the customer names, companies, phone numbers and follow-up notes you enter, and call metadata such as destination, assigned caller number, status, timestamps and billed usage. We use these records to provide the workspace, save follow-ups, route permitted calls, reconcile usage and handle billing or support enquiries. Team permissions control access; authorized operational access supports service delivery, security and troubleshooting.
Workspace customer records and call history are stored on our servers and remain after page reload. Sign-in credentials and customer information are sent over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored in your browser to keep you signed in; signing out clears application tokens in that browser. Another browser has its own sign-in state.
Microphone audio and calling providers
When you grant microphone access and start an approved call, live audio passes through our calling infrastructure and Telnyx to the person you call. Our infrastructure uses self-hosted LiveKit software. The current browser-phone service does not record or transcribe conversations.
Telnyx receives the phone numbers and signaling or media information needed to route calls. Hosting, security and infrastructure providers process the technical data needed to operate the service; providers may process information across countries. Only enter customer information you are authorized to use and provide the notices required for your use.
Payments, subscriptions and usage
Stripe-hosted Checkout collects payment-card and billing information, and Stripe provides the customer portal for payment methods, invoices and subscription management. KVWang stores Stripe customer, order, payment, invoice and subscription identifiers and statuses, amounts, subscription periods, included-minute allowances, extra-credit balances, call reservations and settlement records to verify payments and deliver the correct service. The browser workspace does not ask you to submit full card details to our application server.
We verify provider payment records and signed payment notifications before granting paid access or credit. Switching browsers may require signing in again; use the workspace account used to create the order. The email entered at Checkout does not automatically transfer a subscription to another workspace.
Storage and your requests
We keep service records needed to operate your workspace, provide support, protect accounts and reconcile payments and carrier usage. Contact support@tapilot.dev to request access, correction, export, deletion or account closure. We review each request and explain any records that need to be retained for security, billing or applicable requirements. Do not send passwords, full card details or verification codes in support messages.

Optional signup source labels
When you allow website analytics, we keep a small set of source, channel and campaign labels in this browser tab’s session storage and pass them to the KVWang sign-up page. You can also choose this optional feature on the sign-up page. If you create a new workspace with this choice enabled, we associate the labels with that workspace to understand how customers reach and use the service. We distinguish the first source observed in this browser session from the most recent source at signup; these are browser-reported labels, not verified advertising results or complete visitor counts.
We do not store full URLs, query strings, passwords, contact details or receipt tokens in these labels, and do not send account identifiers to Google Analytics in our custom events. Turning optional analytics off stops further website label capture and link transfer. Existing workspace labels can be addressed through the data request contact above. Signup and calling do not require analytics consent.
When you submit a calling request, we also store your selected operating country or region, calling use case, team size, and expected call count and time unit with that request. Historical information that was not collected remains unknown.
Optional website analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics” in the footer, Google Analytics measures public page visits, referral domains, demo starts and invitation or workspace entry actions. A successful invitation-form response may record an application-submitted event; it does not mean access has been approved. These statistics help us improve our pages and access flow.
Analytics are optional. Google’s tag loads only after you allow it. Our custom events do not include form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, private request receipts, account identifiers or payment details. Page-address parameters and fragments are removed from the information we send, and referral addresses are reduced to their domain. Google may process technical request information and set analytics cookies after you opt in.
Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage. Select “Keep analytics off” in any page footer to stop future analytics collection; existing analytics cookies may remain until they expire or you remove them in your browser. Advertising storage and personalization stay disabled. The demo and invitation form work with analytics off. Statistics cover consenting visits and are not a complete count of every visitor.
